What is the Whole Home Plan?

The Whole Home Plan is a comprehensive, holistic review of your property designed to help you meet your energy efficiency and home improvement goals. It combines a detailed home survey, a tailored recommendations report aligned with government funding, and a 1-hour expert consultation to give you a clear, pragmatic roadmap for your home.

How long does the home survey take, and what does it involve?

The physical survey typically takes between 2 to 4 hours. During this time, our surveyor will assess:

-Your building’s overall condition and current insulation levels.

-Your heating system efficiency.

-The property’s vulnerability to climate change impacts.

-Full structural dimensions (to make getting future contractor quotes much faster).

Bonus: We also include thermal imaging if your survey is conducted during the winter months.

What will I receive in my final report?

Your comprehensive report includes:

-Guidance on how these recommendations align with current government regulations and available funding.

-A detailed analysis of your current heat loss, energy bills, and EPC rating.

-Tailored, prioritised insulation and heating recommendations.

Do you help me find contractors to do the work?

Yes! We provide free quotes from our vetted network of trusted contractors. Because we conduct a detailed dimensional survey of your home, we can share accurate data directly with contractors, making it much faster and easier for them to provide you with estimates.

What support do I get after the report is issued?

The service includes a 1-hour follow-up discussion to help you finalise your plan. We will guide you on how to secure funding, request quotes, and avoid common missteps with contractors. Plus, you can come back to us with questions at any time.
